Hi, I’m Cath Davis, a Master Herbalist, Gut Health Practitioner and qualified scientist with a degree in Biology and Chemistry.

I combine the precision of science with the healing wisdom of nature to help people restore calm, energy and mental clarity through the gut–brain connection.

I’ve run HerbKnowledge.net for many years, sharing practical ways to use herbs and nutrition to support health naturally. I co-founded AthenaMind.net, where we’ll be offering face-to-face wellness and mental health training here in the UK.

I also have a blog called GingerRedhead.com, where I write about the science of ginger and red hair, partly for fun and also to practise my WordPress skills.
